Yas Projects is hiring a Construction Accountant (Accounts Receivables) for an immediate start.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage construction project costs, billing, and cash flow.
- Handle client invoicing.
- Prepare financial reports, including revenue recognition, billing, variations, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations for construction projects.
- Communicate weekly with project managers and the finance manager to update progress and variations.
