Contracts & Compliance Assistant – Techno Q

Experience

  1. 1–2 years in contract administration, legal support, and compliance function.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in law.
  2. Strong drafting, analytical, and proofreading skills.
  3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Familiarity with standard commercial contracts.
  5. Excellent command of Arabic & English, bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Assist in reviewing Contracts, Tenders, and other legal documents; identify risks, flag issues, and propose standard revisions.
  2. Prepare/Draft routine contractual letters and notices.
  3. Collect and organize files for legal/arbitration proceedings; prepare initial memos and summaries for CLCO review.
  4. Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic and physical filing of all department records.
  5. Provide general support to the Department Head, including governance and compliance–related tasks.
