Experience
- Proven experience as a Cost Accountant, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
Qualification
- Strong knowledge of menu engineering and recipe costing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Holder of Kuwait visa 18 (transferable).
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Analyze and manage costs for food, beverage, and operations.
- Perform detailed menu engineering to maximize profitability.
- Develop accurate cost analyses and pricing strategies for menu items.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and wastage to ensure cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with chefs and operations to streamline cost controls.
- Prepare regular reports on cost performance and recommend improvements.
