Hiring for Credit Controller position in Umm Ramool, Dubai. Applicants must be currently residing in UAE and able to join immediately.
Experience
At least 1 year experience in credit control or accounts receivable in logistics industry
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of clients to collect due invoices and reduce debt aging
- Communicate with across departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow up with clients for payment of the due invoices
- Prepare the list of prepaid clients to be alerted of their insufficient balances
- Deactivate and reactivate accounts depending on client’s payment and history
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Accounting Team
- Maintain daily aging and collection reports
- Perform other jobs-related duties as assigned
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship building
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple accounts

- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
