Qualification

  3. Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Manage inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally
  2. Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency
  3. Provide accurate info on products/services and company policies
  4. Record and update interactions in CRM system
  5. Escalate complex cases when needed
  6. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  7. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  8. Participate in ongoing training
  9. Assist walk-in clients when required
