Qualification
- High school diploma (additional certifications in customer service is a plus)
- Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM and call center systems
- Organized, patient, and customer-focused
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally
- Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency
- Provide accurate info on products/services and company policies
- Record and update interactions in CRM system
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training
- Assist walk-in clients when required
