Customer Service Representative – Ajman, UAE

Customer Service Representative position in Ajman, UAE, with a salary of 6,000–7,000 AED. The role involves managing customer relationships, monitoring the supply chain, processing orders, and coordinating dispatches. Candidates with manufacturing experience are preferred.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Maintain existing business, build rapport with customers, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor the end-to-end supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process error-free order bookings within 1–2 days from receiving a clear PO.
  • Follow up with customers for payment collection and provide daily updates to the Sales Head (Exports).
  • Track dispatch dates for commercial and sample orders, ensuring timely dispatch from the factory.
  • Address any dispatch deviations by coordinating with the sales manager and customers.
  • Monitor dispatches and sales holds at respective locations.
  • Communicate updates to internal and external customers on a timely basis.
  • Update SAP databases, including Customer Master and Product Master, to ensure accurate transactions.
  • Provide sales data to Sales Managers for monthly MIS reports.
