Experience

Qualification

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours as per the operation requirements.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Provide information about driving courses, schedules, pricing, and policies.
- Assist students in booking driving lessons and exam appointments.
- Manage and update student records in our database.
- Handle payments and assist with billing inquiries.
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with instructors to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
- Promote our services and programs to potential students.
