5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in education or healthcare.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields (Postgraduate degree preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage and enhance the learning and development dashboard.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and timely reporting.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Develop data visualization models to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization for accurate data collection.
- Recommend software solutions for data management and reporting.
- Conduct workforce data analysis and generate insightful reports.
- Support the enhancement of the Learning Management System (LMS).
