A detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk is required to join the operations team. The role involves data management, purchase order processing, and administrative support.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Fast and accurate typing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in administrative support and customer service
- Familiarity with database systems is an added advantage
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Follow up on invoices and ensure timely data entries
- Enter purchase orders into the system accurately
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Department
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy at all times
