Hiring for a Design Architect position in Qatar.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design (GCC experience an advantage).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Exceptional creativity with a strong design portfolio.
- Good understanding of building codes, materials, and modern design practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong visualization skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Full-time role in the Architecture / Contracting / Property Development industry.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
- Review and refine drawings based on feedback.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation.
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Support preparation of submissions to authorities.
- Maintain accuracy and quality across all design phases.
