Document Controller – Qatar

We are hiring for the position of Document Controller in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining company documents, ensuring the smooth operation of document control processes.

Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Data Management.

Qualification

  • BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) and Oracle systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Basic knowledge of Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Engineering equipment, assets, and terminologies.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Proven skill in creating and implementing controlled document processes.
  • Data organization and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
  • Flexible and open to change, with a detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic.
  • Extremely organized and efficient in document management.
