Electrical Instrument Material Supervisor required for long-term assignment in Ras Laffan, Qatar. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in material management within the EPC oil & gas sector.
Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Electrical Instrument Material Supervisor, preferably with an EPC Company or construction company.
Qualification
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Experience in EPC oil & gas petrochemical construction (preferred).
- Preference for candidates from India, Nepal, Philippines, and Pakistan due to work visa requirements.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Responsible for Electrical Instrument materials.
- Oversee material receiving, inventory, and storage of Electrical Instrument materials.
- Build and manage a motivated warehouse team of well-trained staff.
- Supervise receiving, issuing, loading, and unloading of materials at the laydown area.
- Plan the detailed storage of materials.
- Ensure good housekeeping at all times.
- Supervise workers for proper storage & preservation of E&I materials at the warehouse or laydown area.
- Handle daily yard activities, ensuring proper checking of materials against the purchase order.
- Report any discrepancies (coverage, overage, shortage, or quarantine) with photos during receiving & checking.
- Oversee and perform a full range of Electrical and Instrument materials management and administrative activities.
