Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar role
Qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence, presentations, and documents
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Oversee office operations, vendors, and supplies
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and stakeholders
- Support reporting, project coordination, and communication
- Maintain structured filing and assist with HR/admin tasks
