Executive Assistant & Office Manager – DIFC, Dubai (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

A dynamic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the leadership team and manage daily office operations at a prestigious company located in DIFC, Dubai Downtown.

Female candidate preferred

Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in a similar role

Qualification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle confidential correspondence, presentations, and documents
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Oversee office operations, vendors, and supplies
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and stakeholders
  • Support reporting, project coordination, and communication
  • Maintain structured filing and assist with HR/admin tasks
