Gulf Fruits Trading Company LLC is hiring an Executive – Inventory Controller to manage and maintain accurate stock levels across all divisions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring seamless coordination between departments for smooth inventory operations.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or stock control
Qualification
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- FMCG or food industry experience preferred
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Conduct daily and monthly stock takes and identify discrepancies
- Monitor negative stock reports and coordinate corrective actions
- Prepare inventory variance and monthly reports for management
- Create and update product records in ERP (Odoo)
- Support repacking, stock adjustment, and product movement tracking
- Collaborate with purchase, stores, and operations teams to ensure accuracy
Salary
AED 2,500 – 4,000 (depending on experience)
