Executive Secretary – Doha, Qatar

We are hiring an Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive support to our CEO in Doha, Qatar.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or assistant.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience supporting higher management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s emails and communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform general office duties, including managing files, records, and office supplies.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.
