We are hiring an Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive support to our CEO in Doha, Qatar.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or assistant.
- At least 3 years of direct experience supporting higher management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s emails and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Perform general office duties, including managing files, records, and office supplies.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.
