Executive Secretary – Qatar

A full-time opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support the senior leadership team in Qatar.

Experience

3–5 years of proven experience in executive support or high-level administrative roles

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with confidential information

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and stakeholders
  • Maintain organized filing systems for electronic and paper documents
  • Arrange travel itineraries and process expense reports
  • Coordinate with IT and facilities teams for support issues
  • Assist in planning company events and special projects
