Oversee the full tendering process for facilities management contracts, ensuring strategic, competitive, and compliant bid submissions across MEP, civil maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping, security, and Total FM services.
Experience
Minimum 7 years in bid/tender management for Facility Management in Qatar
Qualification
- Strong understanding of technical and commercial proposal writing
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, P&L, and contract terms
- Deep industry knowledge of FM services including hard/soft services and TFM
- Experience with PPP contracts is an advantage
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Lead end-to-end tender process from opportunity to submission
- Develop bid strategies based on market trends and client analysis
- Coordinate with operations, finance, legal, and technical experts
- Review RFP/RFQ/ITT documents and ensure compliance
- Prepare competitive and profitable pricing models
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and partners
- Conduct risk assessments, bid meetings, and client negotiations
- Track tender pipeline and report win/loss ratios to management
