Hiring for the position of Finance Manager in a Holding Company based in Abu Dhabi. Salary range: AED 20,000–29,000.
Experience
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or similar roles within a corporate environment
- Experience with financial management systems and software
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
- Understanding of Economic Substance Regulations (ESR), Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) reporting, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance
