We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor – Payroll to join our client’s Finance team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll accounting, reconciliation, ERP systems, and financial compliance.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in payroll accounting or finance operations
- Strong knowledge of ERP payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, GEMS, Workday)
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Skilled in payroll validation, expense claims, reconciliations, audit support, and compliance reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
