Experience
3-5 years in the insurance/finance sector.
Qualification
- Degree in accounting/finance.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, with exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI and Qlik.
- Experience with Oracle, IIRIS, and key accounting software.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Preparation of regulatory returns (Eforms) and financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Manage various deliverables while working closely with the Actuarial team, internal, and external auditors.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure key processes are documented and follow a continuous improvement approach.
- Manage reconciliations with Reinsurance Companies.
- Arabic-speaking is a plus.
