Hiring for a Handover Lead for a leading Oil & Gas client in Qatar. The role covers 70% onshore and 30% offshore activities, focusing on project completions, systemization, commissioning, and handover processes.
Experience
8 years of experience with large-project commissioning in the Oil & Gas industry, including 1 year in a supervisory role or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of handover/acceptance systems and completions software.
- Experience in building completions databases.
- Experience in developing, managing, and executing turnover and acceptance completions systems.
- Skilled in project completions, systemization, check sheet development, and writing commissioning documents.
- Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, or service companies.
- Expertise in reading P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings, and procedures.
- Knowledge of engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning, systems completion, and compliance with codes/standards.
- Experience providing start-up support to Operations.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage handover and acceptance processes.
- Build and execute completions systems and databases.
- Oversee turnover, pre-commissioning, and commissioning documentation.
- Ensure technical compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
- Provide systemization support, including check sheets and commissioning procedures.
- Support start-up and operations as required.
- Work across onshore (70%) and offshore (30%) scopes
