Lusail International Circuit is looking for a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in health, safety, and fire safety leadership, preferably in the events and construction industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- NEBOSH, CSP, OSHA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations.
- Lead safety training and awareness programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Collaborate with management and employees to foster a proactive safety culture.
- Manage the Sustainability and Environmental Program.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
