Hiring a Help Desk and CAFM Coordinator to support school and kindergarten projects, manage technical support, and oversee project progress.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Help Desk operations in the GCC region.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in technical or IT support preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
- Strong knowledge of CAFM operations, including mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of hard & soft FM services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be locally available in Qatar.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Providing customer support and project development for school and kindergarten projects.
- Receiving and registering assistance requests in the system.
- Monitoring daily project progress and handling complaints.
- Preparing periodic progress reports.
- Managing employee attendance via the Timesheet system.
- Handling administrative requests for security personnel.
- Communicating with schools and stakeholders, coordinating meetings and workshops.
- Collecting and managing project data for reports.
