We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will lead and manage comprehensive HR operations across multiple business sectors, ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Experience
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR management experience across multi-sector setups
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law & WPS compliance
- Proven expertise in HR strategy, payroll, employee relations, and compliance
- Experience in engineering, retail, construction, or heavy equipment sectors (preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business (Master’s preferred)
- HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) preferred
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong multicultural workforce management capabilities
