HR Admin Assistant | Dubai

Al Jaber Gallery is hiring a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive HR Admin Assistant to support their growing HR department.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and file management
  • Assist with work permit applications and coordination
  • Maintain HR systems (Zeta HRMS) and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage employee insurance processes and passport handling
  • Coordinate with department heads and ensure HR compliance
  • Support in generating HR letters and contract renewals
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and administrative abilities
  • Prior experience in HR operations is a plus
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws & HRMS systems (Zeta preferred)
