Al Jaber Gallery is hiring a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive HR Admin Assistant to support their growing HR department.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and file management
- Assist with work permit applications and coordination
- Maintain HR systems (Zeta HRMS) and ensure data accuracy
- Manage employee insurance processes and passport handling
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure HR compliance
- Support in generating HR letters and contract renewals
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and administrative abilities
- Prior experience in HR operations is a plus
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws & HRMS systems (Zeta preferred)
