Experience
- Relevant HR experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualification
- Available in Qatar with a transferable Q-ID/NOC.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Support onboarding for new hires, including scheduling inductions.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and manage employee documentation.
- Address HR queries and provide guidance as per policies.
- Generate reports using the HR platform.
- Assist with payroll and benefits processing.
- Handle employee inquiries confidentially.
- Stay updated on HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with department managers to share information.
