Experience
Minimum 5 years of HR and recruitment experience in Qatar.
Qualification
- Proven experience in local recruitment within Qatar
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle local recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with daily admin tasks.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Detail-oriented, confidential, and proactive team player.
