HR Coordinator – Abu Dhabi

We are urgently hiring an HR Coordinator for our well-known firm in Abu Dhabi. If you’re passionate about HR, administration, and sustainability, this role is for you!

Experience

  • 1-2 years of HR/office admin experience

Qualification

  • Familiarity with local compliance and labor laws, particularly in Abu Dhabi
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Immediate availability

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement
  • Maintain HRIS data and oversee visa compliance
  • Assist in onboarding, recruitment coordination, and HR archiving
  • Manage personnel files and coordinate with stakeholders
