HR Coordinator – Dubai, UAE

A company in Dubai is hiring an HR Coordinator to assist with recruitment, employee records management, and HR operations.

Salary

AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, job postings, and interview scheduling.
  • Handle new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll processing and track employee time-off requests.

Qualifications
