Salary
AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, job postings, and interview scheduling.
- Handle new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Support payroll processing and track employee time-off requests.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide employee support.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
