Experience
1-2 years of HR/office admin experience
Qualification
- Familiarity with local compliance and labor laws
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
- Excellent English language communication skills
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Support day-to-day HR operations & employee engagement
- Maintain HRIS data and oversee visa compliance
- Assist in onboarding, recruitment coordination, and HR logistics
- Manage personnel files and help coordinate events and audits
