Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Handle employee relations and address grievances or other HR-related concerns
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Monitor and manage attendance, leave applications, and disciplinary issues
