Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software
- Experience in UAE labor law
- Discretion, integrity, and confidentiality are essential
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Handle employee relations and address grievances or other HR-related concerns
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave applications, and disciplinary issues
