Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources Management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or similar; Accredited HR Certification or MBA preferred.
- Updated knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, residency, and government documentation processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Menaitech and ERP is an advantage.
- Strong action orientation and initiative.
- Understanding of filing, archiving systems, and workflow processes.
- Extensive knowledge of best HR practices.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Handle recruitment processes, including job descriptions, postings, and hiring.
- Implement effective onboarding plans.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate payroll and HR administrative activities.
- Update and calculate payroll elements such as attendance, overtime, and leaves.
- Compile, verify, and process monthly payroll while resolving employee concerns.
