Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in handling all aspects of HR operations within GCC regions.
Qualification
- Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Male candidates are highly preferred.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Recruit and source candidates as per direction from the line manager.
- Support recruitment, testing, and interviewing programs.
- Counsel managers on candidate selection and conduct exit interviews.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise employees.
- Resolve employee grievances and counsel supervisors.
- Ensure legal compliance with HR policies and maintain records.
- Fulfill PRO-related tasks before deadlines.
- Maintain HR records and filing systems.
- Process payroll in coordination with the Accounts department.
- Generate HR-related documents (warning letters, termination letters, NOCs, etc.).
- Monitor staff accommodation tenancy contract renewals and maintain employee registers.
- Manage employee corporate SIM cards.
