Experience
- 2-3 years in payroll processing.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Familiarity with payroll software and ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel and WPS.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Process payroll within the designated timeframe.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to the line manager.
- Assist employees with pay, leave entitlements, deductions, and payslips.
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
- Update payroll data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes.
- Calculate monthly salaries based on work hours and leave days.
- Calculate end-of-service benefits, including annual leave, per the calendar year.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR department.
