1000Walls is hiring an HR Recruiter in Doha, Qatar for its Interior & Fit-Out division. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle to support project and organizational goals.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction or interior fit-out industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and visa processing is an advantage.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and administrative roles.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports.
- Immediate joining with transferable NOC.
