HR & Welfare Officer – Qatar

A company in Qatar is hiring for the position of HR & Welfare Officer.

Experience

  1. 3–5 years of related work experience.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  2. Computer / MS Office software literacy.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Leave, resignation & encashment and document processing.
  2. Maintain master database and prepare monthly reports to HR Director.
  3. Coordinate investigation and warning letters.
  4. Cross-check stopped-duty cases and update HR Director.
  5. Cross-check overstay employees and update HR Director for further actions.
  6. Maintain a register and follow up for workmen’s compensation issues.
  7. Handle employee grievances in terms of leave and resignation.
  8. Coordinate with site coordinators for successful implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  9. Align with different labour standards pertaining to employee welfare programs.
  10. Keep abreast knowledge of welfare standards.
  11. Conduct exit interviews.
  12. Handle any additional assignments related to the same field.
