HSE Officer – Onshore/Offshore Drilling (Qatar)

An experienced HSE Officer is required to join drilling operations in Qatar.

Experience

1. Minimum 8 years’ experience in onshore/offshore drilling, including at least 3–5 years as Rig HSE Officer.
2. Strong experience in H2S Environment (mandatory).
3. Previous experience in the GCC region (preferred).

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (preferred).
2. NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma (mandatory).
3. Free visa & Valid QID mandatory.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Ensure compliance with company & client HSE standards.
2. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments & incident investigations.
3. Promote a strong HSE culture among rig personnel.
4. Liaise with QatarEnergy HSE representatives as required.
