A leading real estate company operating in Qatar and Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage recruitment processes for Qatar and Dubai branches, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
- Handle a high volume of applications while ensuring quality hiring.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires and ensure a seamless transition.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide employee feedback.
- Collaborate with management to align hiring with business needs.
- Prepare and present daily recruitment activity reports.
