Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance.
Qualification
- Strong knowledge of chillers, split units, window ACs, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to supervise HVAC Technicians & Senior Technicians.
- Experience with routine, preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing mechanical faults, and implementing solutions.
- Familiar with technical drawings and updates for installations.
- Experience in continuous monitoring of Broadcast CAR & Equipment Room cooling systems.
- Ability to coordinate with service providers and manage mechanical scope of projects.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle HVAC maintenance operations.
- Supervise technicians and oversee routine, preventive, and corrective works.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
- Monitor and manage cooling systems for broadcast and equipment rooms.
- Coordinate with service providers on mechanical project scopes.
