DUBIMED is hiring an Inventory & Finance Coordinator to manage inventory control, invoicing, and accounts receivable with a focus on the medical supplies industry.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the medical supplies sector
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- Familiarity with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Knowledge of VAT and UAE financial regulations
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- UAE Driving License required
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Lead and oversee day-to-day inventory management operations
- Ensure accurate tracking, recording, and reporting of inventory movement
- Support invoicing and accounts receivable functions
- Assist in logistics and dispatch coordination
