Experience
10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles.
Qualification
- Experience in managing relationships with internal business customers or in an IT leadership role.
- Broad IT domain experience in IT applications, systems & infrastructure.
- Experience in Digital Transformation.
- Knowledge of SAP, ERP, QA/QC, and project management processes.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Act as a single point of contact between Projects stream and IDS function.
- Support business-led technology initiatives and ensure seamless IT service delivery.
- Manage strategic relationships with IT teams, ensuring service meets business expectations.
- Oversee demand management processes for new proposals.
- Provide technology impact analysis and prioritize IT resources.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, including during crises.
- Mitigate potential issues in service quality.
- Promote and enforce IDS policies, standards, and processes.
