NBOX Logistics is hiring an experienced IT Support Officer to manage and enhance its IT systems, infrastructure, and network operations. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Qatar and ready to take ownership of IT support and improvement projects across multiple office locations.
Experience
4–5 years of proven IT support experience
Qualification
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of networks, cloud systems, and software licensing
- Hands-on experience with hardware setup and maintenance
- Must be currently based in Qatar
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide IT support and maintenance for printers, computers, and networks
- Install and maintain software, drivers, and system updates
- Conduct hardware audits and maintain live device documentation
- Manage IT supply inventory (printers, cartridges, labels, papers, etc.)
- Develop unified network solutions across multiple office locations
- Conduct audits for Windows, software, and company licenses
- Create and manage a SharePoint page for documentation and handovers
- Review and manage software subscriptions and licenses for cost efficiency
- Consolidate servers, domain names, and cloud systems (Azure, Bluehost, 101domain, ERPNext)
- Support client onboarding on platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce
- Synchronize SKUs for merchant catalogs and resolve WMS integration issues
- Liaise between merchants and Omniful for order and inventory synchronization
Salary
QAR 4,000 – 4,500 per month
