AstraGene Group LLC is looking for a Junior Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist to join the team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, online sales, and customer engagement.

Experience

1. 0–2 years of marketing/sales experience (fresh graduates encouraged).

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2. Excellent written & verbal communication in English.
3. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & social media platforms.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Create engaging content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
2. Run email marketing campaigns & automation tools.
3. Write blog posts, product descriptions, and marketing copy.
4. Monitor social media engagement & website analytics.
5. Assist in online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
6. Generate & qualify leads through digital platforms.
7. Handle inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
8. Prepare sales presentations & marketing materials.
9. Join online sales calls and webinars.
10. Track and report performance metrics.
11. Conduct market research & competitor analysis.
12. Support trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
