Key Account Executive – Kuwait

White Stores Company, established in 1965, is one of the leading trading houses in Kuwait, representing top Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) multinationals such as British American Tobacco, L’Oreal, Friesland Campina, Pladis, Gemco, and Carlsberg.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods sales (experience in Modern Trade preferred).

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or commerce.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Manage and grow business with assigned key accounts (Modern Trade / General Trade / Institutional partners).
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
  • Negotiate listings, promotions, and visibility plans with store and category teams.
  • Monitor stock levels, order generation, and product availability across outlets.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth account operations.
  • Ensure on-ground excellence in merchandising, planogram compliance, and promotional execution.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, periodic reports, and data-driven insights
