Experience
2–5 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods sales (experience in Modern Trade preferred).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or commerce.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage and grow business with assigned key accounts (Modern Trade / General Trade / Institutional partners).
- Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
- Negotiate listings, promotions, and visibility plans with store and category teams.
- Monitor stock levels, order generation, and product availability across outlets.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth account operations.
- Ensure on-ground excellence in merchandising, planogram compliance, and promotional execution.
