Experience
- Relevant experience in legal and compliance functions, including corporate governance and contract management.
Qualification
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Strong background in legal counsel, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and legal compliance standards.
- Support IPO-related activities.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to senior management.
- Identify and manage legal risks.
- Oversee contract management processes.
- Coordinate legal tasks and communications.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage corporate legal communications.
- Candidates must currently be based in Kuwait.
