Experience
3 to 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated progression
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Studies, or related field
- Experience handling DG/Chemical materials is a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is required
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Effective communicator with experience navigating authority protocols
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Oversee and support end-to-end logistics and warehouse activities for the group
- Manage import and local shipment processes, including obtaining necessary online approvals from local authorities (Ministry of Environment, QAS, etc.)
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to monitor inventory, delivery timelines, and process improvements
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in special projects and strategic initiatives
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate closely with clearing agents and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries
- Evaluate supply chain performance and recommend improvements in materials, supplies, and quality
- Maintain strong relationships internally and externally to support business goals
