Hiring for a Logistics Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the steel/fabrication industry, to join the team at Phase 2, Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.
Experience
2–3 years in logistics or supply chain (steel-related industry preferred)
Qualification
- Knowledge of UAE customs procedures, Hamriyah Free Zone regulations, and HS codes (advantage, not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/Tally systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Age group: 25–30 years
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation for inbound and outbound deliveries
- Liaise with customers, transporters, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery
- Optimize logistics costs by negotiating with service providers
- Provide strong customer service and prompt response
- Track deliveries and provide real-time updates to internal teams and clients
