Chinese Palace Group is hiring a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across its restaurants and retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Experience
5+ years of experience in F&B maintenance or facilities management, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role
Qualification
- Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Experience with CMMS and proficiency in MS Office
- Certifications in Safety, Electrical, or HVAC (advantage)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
