Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a similar role.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Partner with department heads to assess workforce needs and analyze projected workload.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of proposed manpower solutions.
- Local candidates preferred.
