Qatar job opportunity for Marketing Manager at PayLater. This role involves overseeing the product roadmap, user experience, and go-to-market strategies while working with cross-functional teams to enhance the BNPL platform, manage merchant and customer engagement, and execute marketing campaigns.
Experience
- 4+ years in product management, marketing, or growth strategy, preferably in fintech, BNPL, payments, or e-commerce.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Locally available in Qatar.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Strong understanding of product development, UX/UI, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI).
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with BNPL, digital payments, and financial regulations in the GCC region is a plus.
- Understanding of APIs, mobile apps, and fintech ecosystems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where roles may evolve.
